THE GATHERING ROOM
The Gathering Room was intentionally designed to host your celebration. Featuring breathtaking views, crystal chandeliers and whitewashed pine boards, the reception area is perfectly appointed, providing a versatile backdrop for your personal touches. We offer a custom-built bar of reclaimed barnwood and handmade farmhouse style serving tables that offer a rustic flair to your event. The space is a blend of country charm & chic décor. Every aspect of The Gathering Room has been carefully planned with your big day in mind & no detail has been overlooked.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
This modern addition to the venue offers a place for you and your bridesmaids to relax and take in the surrounding mountains in luxury. With oak floors, chandeliers, & a coffered ceiling, the furnishings are complemented by a soothing neutral palette. The Granite-topped styling bar offers ample space for hair & makeup, along with a private restroom. This setting will be appreciated by both the bridal party and the photographer.
THE PAVILION
Located just through the large glass doors of The Gathering Room, this 2,500 square foot open air option is available for your ceremony, reception, or any other event. It features craftsman style beams, wrought iron railings, and elegant lighting throughout. The Pavilion is designed to offer panoramic views of the surrounding meadows, while also providing shelter from the elements.

THE GROOMSMEN’S STABLE
This updated lodge-inspired space is within walking distance of the Main Facility and features an open floor design & bathroom. Created from reclaimed materials, this spot is a great option for a true barn feel. It has a window wall facing the back field and is furnished with industrial styled accents and furnishings. If offers a comfortable masculine setting for pre-ceremony gatherings.
GUEST RESTROOMS
Our venue is fully air conditioned and heated, including the guest restrooms. Located just steps from the Gathering Room, these facilities are large enough to prevent long lines. Your guests will feel pampered with these exquisitely styled facilities.
THE KITCHEN
We strive to make every aspect of your event run smoothly. The kitchen area provides an ample staging area for your event Catering Service. With a private entrance, outside of the building, vendors can gain direct access to The Gathering Room with ease. The kichen provides a commercial refrigerator, stainless steel work counter, cooktop/oven, and sink.
WEDDINGS ON THE GROUNDS
Surround yourself with 155 acres of rolling farmland here at the Lodge. When holding your wedding with us, choose from the indoor space, covered pavilion, or a completely outdoor experience on our hilltop overlooking the fields. When you schedule your tour, we will assist you in making the best choice for your wedding vision and season.

Q: How do I request a tour? What days & times are tours offered?
A: For all wedding venue NC tours and general questions, please contact us. We try to be as flexible as possible in scheduling a day & time that will fit your needs.
Q: What types of packages do you offer?
A: Packages change yearly and are all-inclusive. Seasonal rates apply, as well as custom pricing based on your event details. Please inquire for more information. We are required to charge the NC sales tax rate for all services.
Q: Do you offer wedding & event planning services?
A: Yes, we can help you realize your wedding or special event vision for an additional fee. Let us help take some of the stress away from your day! Please inquire for more details.
Q: Do you offer chair & table rentals?
A: We do offer 5’ Wooden Round & 6’ Rectangular folding tables. We also have 8’ handmade farmhouse style tables for serving & displays.
Q: Can I bring my own Caterer to The Lodge on Brier Creek?
A: Yes, we welcome any insured caterer of your choice. In addition, we have a list of caterers & vendors that we recommend.
Q: Do you allow alcohol to be served?
A: Yes, you may have alcohol served by a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Event Insurance is also a requirement.
Q: Where will my guests stay for the event?
A: LBC is conveniently located between Wilkesboro and Elkin. Recommended Hotels include the Hampton Inn, Wilkesboro & Fairfield Inn & Suites, Elkin. There are also a variety of other lodging choices available.
Q: What is the best advice for directions?

Q: Can I bring my own photographer?
A: Yes, we encourage you to bring a photographer of your choice. We do have a list of photographers familiar with shooting at the venue so feel free to ask us to send you the list.
Q: Are there rental companies and vendors in the area? Do you provide décor items?
A: We offer a selection of props, as well as table & chair rentals. Because décor varies depending on personal stye & taste, we do not carry table decorations. We will gladly offer suggestions of local vendors who can assist you with these items.
Q: What are some local attractions while I am in the area?
A: LBC is in the foothills of the spectacular Appalachian Mountains. With numerous hiking trails overlooking W. Kerr Scott lake, Stone Mountain State park, & numerous vineyards around the area. We are also within 45 minutes of Boone & Winston-Salem.
NC is a growing area for wine producers. Check out any number of Wine Trails in the area. Two popular trails close to use are the Upper Yadkin and Swan Creek Wine Trails.
Stone Mountain State Park (less than 25 miles away) is one of the most popular parks in the State and is known for its breathtaking hiking trails, rock climbing, and trout fishing.
